Back to Bamako
We are booked to fly back to Bamako on February 20th. I can’t wait to see the crew again and see how the kids have grown, what they’ve learnt – and to play football in the dust under the mango trees.
This trip we are hoping to buy a piece of land for the workshop and to get building plans under way. Exciting stuff, but I foresee many hot afternoons in seas of paper, negotiating over cigarettes and sweet tea.
We will be taking as much stuff over as the airline’s luggage limits will allow, which is a lot. So any donations of football boots, kits, kids clothes, games, toys or other useful materials would be greatly appreciated. Get in touch if you have something to offer….
Meanwhile, I am still raising funds for my cycle to the seaside…we’re creeeping towards the £400 mark but I need to at least double, and hopefully treble, that….any offers?!
Back soon, lots of love,
Ben

Hi Ben
Love the site – you’ve done some great work on it.
You’ll be pleased to know that I have just transfered my donation to the fund and next time I or one of the Kineo guys meets up with you, I will guarantee another £100 in cash (in a brown envelope!) so you have it before you leave to Mali.
Keep up the good work.
Mark
