Back from Bamako and sunk into the London rain and cold, it has been brilliant to look through Sarah’s beautiful pictures from Bamako. She has really captured the colour, characters – and kung fu moves – that make the workshop so special!

Check out the images in the gallery.

A huge thank you to Sarah, and best wishes for all your future projects. Look forward to seeing you at the Wokshop again soon!

Lots of love

Since you left Bamako the guys have been busy at the Workshop. A new wooden structure with woven matting went up almost overnight, creating twice as much indoor space for activities. All they need now is a fluorescent light and some additional cable to attach it to the generator. Chandra and I are going back there later this week, and I’ll take some pictures of the new shelter. I’m also going to do some portraits of Amadou and the other project leaders. The children are all well – missing you of course!
